2D Client: Error Applying Patch. Anyone Else Having Problems Patching?

Is anyone else having a problem with applying the latest patch (uosa_win32_7-0-19-1.rtp)? I've never had patching problems before but this afternoon's patch just doesn't want to apply. Don't really want to have to reinstall. Have emptied the patch folder and tried downloading and reapplying several times now and keep hitting the same error. If I ignore it and try to log on, it just hangs on the verification screen. Looked thru the UO Tech forum and can't find any good advice on how to get past patching problems other than to try running as administrator after clearing the patch folder. That hasn't worked so far.

Just thought I'd check and see if anyone else is having issues before I bite the bullet and uninstall and start the long reinstallation process.

I've cleared the folder labeled "patch" now several times and then tried to run UO right from the Ultima Online Classic directory, like I always do (I don't use UO Assist or anything else) and this is the message I get on the patch screen:

If I try to log on once the OK button shows up, it just hangs on the verification screen. I've cleared the patch file, deleted all the UO-related firewall permissions in McAfee to make sure they weren't wonky and McAfee would ask me again what I wanted, and I still can't get the patch to apply. Everything was fine a few hours ago and nothing odd happened when I last logged off. And I haven't done anything odd since then, just read some stuff on Stratics and made a post.

Guess I'll uninstall and reinstall. Went out to the Help section on EA.com to try to find the old help file on how to deal with patching issues and it no longer seems to be in their knowledgebase. Surprise, surprise.

Really tempted to just say forget it and cancel everything and all my "stuff" can just land in the dust. Can't log in with 2d now and never have been able to get the EC to work on this computer.

I already uninstalled UO and am downloading the client again. 25% of the way done and it still has another 15 minutes or so to go. Not sure how long it will take to get and apply all the patches through to today's and hope it doesn't bomb out again.

Uninstalled; reinstalled; patched and able to log in now. Took a total of about 50 minutes to resolve the issue taking drastic measures.
