Can these be enchanted???
If so do these stats count towards the enchanting "weight"???
I am still learning because some of these would be awesome if that's the case

Yes and yes. The reason these are even worth anything is because you cannot imbue stamina or SSI 10%.

Do you mean enhanced? Jewels cannot be enhanced. They can be imbued though if they are under 500 weight.
