Are these useable? With the nerve strike and splintering I wasn't quite sure. Can we place a value on this at all?

Not mine and its on LS. I'll tell the owner.
Splinter shouldn't break Nerve... Any dmg coming from the person who applied the nerve won't break it.. (Orc Brute / 2nd hit / Delayed Hit effect / whatever...) Any OTHER dmg will break it.Are these useable? With the nerve strike and splintering I wasn't quite sure. Can we place a value on this at all?
