20% HCI Bracelet?

Anyone seen one? No other mods, just the HCI. Figure it would be found in the Shame/Wrong loot.
I've seen a 20%DC, but never a pure 20%HCI.

Responses are appreciated, need to know info for my next Sampire suit.

Nice, i been wondering about that myself, i found a +20 Fencing ring myself.

Nope never seen one. This is one of the flaws of the new loot system. Some mods seem to never appear by themselves, like SSI, FC/FCR, DI, HCI, all stats except STR. Mods that I've seen solo are Resists, DCI, luck, EP, STR, MR

But that also opens up an opportunity to make each re-vamped dungeon have their "special" loot.

We´ll just have to see what the devs have in store for us...

Thank you for your post. I've observed the same thing and was wondering if it was just me. Another thought I had is that there could be an item that removes properties from jewelry. Something similar to the whetstone.

Has anyone ever seen a ring or brac with 10 ssi that didn't at least dex/stamina?
