Firstly how do you enter or open the gates to the small chambers coming off the Tomb of Kings, is it something to do with the row of levers in the main entrance chamber.Secondly, is there a high res. complete map of the Abyss available. Hope someone can help

yup its the levers, do not know which ones needed to throw for which room, you need trial and error. secondly no high res map best I could find was here: http://uo.stratics.com/php-bin/show_content.php?content=31068

Flick all the switches so that they highlight as 'A Lever (unusable)'. You can't toggle them when they're in that unusable state so you can't really go wrong.

If you use the popular EC macro to target the nearest dozen or so objects and use them, just spam that near the levers.
