It looks like both of these items should be between 40 and 50 I would guess. Two questions, does the bow have a +1 Dex mod and of course what shard?

Royal Guard Bow youre lookin at about 20-30 - It's very difficult to sell, as I and Kelek can both attest to.

The royal Guard Dart, unless it has mods youre probably lookin at about 25-35, maybe 40, but only bc its for sale less often.
