use macro to switch gear. Luna Lancers (10) +shield(10) +2*jewels(35) + mark of travesty(10) will be 70 with natural 5 Chivalry. Turn on EOO. Then switch to another gear/weapon

Just an FYI that you get less duration with a lower Chiv... having around 80 gets me about 3min. Not sure if that time would decrease upon removing 70 skill or not.
