Buying Armor 150 or 190 luck circlet

I'm making a luck suit at the moment and having trouble getting 150 luck on a circlet. I've burnt a fair few hammers now without any joy. It sounds like it might have an issue at the moment so I'd like to just try and buy one.

On Atlantic shard. Ideally a clean un-imbued 150 would be great but imbued / enhanced to 190 might work out if it has LMC and LRC.

I've got a leather cap but would much rather have the circlet I think!

I'm with you not liking the look of the leather helm. But with a Blackthorn hooded Conjurer's Garb it is covered.
