150 and above Luck on Jewelry

Since Imbuing only grants 100 as max, how can I start from scratch (make via Tinkering) and get 150 (or more) on jewelry?

You cant.

Only way to get 150 luck on jewelry is to find it as loot. I have a bracelet from before the loot nerf with just 150 nothing else, but i havent seen a sigle piece of jewelry with 150 luck on it since the nerf.
