It's not that they super rare - most people just hate fishing for crabs and lobsters that much. I tried to sell one on atl once (before I had vendor there), and it sold for about 55 million, and that was after weeks of trying to sell it - sometimes after all day of asking in gen chat. Later they had one on VS that started at 90 mil and I watched it out of curiosity - it eventually went down to 60 mil. On Chessie, I sell them for 25 mil whenever I get one. Although these prices aren't from Pac, I hope it gives you a better idea of its value.
