What error message are you getting?

Are you trying to buy multiple items? Or have you already bought multiple items this month? I know there's a limit per transaction (and per month?) so maybe you alredy hit it?

Their not 11th year Aniversary items, their 11th year Collection items.
No age limit on them.
The problem will be with your credit/debit card.

Thanks for the replies, I am trying to buy 2 items, 90 day gametime code and 11th anni pack, there is no problem with the CC there is credit on it and it's well in date, this is also the 1st item since the last 90 day gamecode that i paid for 3 month ago.

Any more ideas anybody?

Human error. Re-check all your info, make sure it all matches your card. Then re-check, make sure the state is right....expiration dates all match and so forth. Then re-check. Try as separate orders.

Once in a while, I've found the site just... doesn't work. I tried to buy an account upgrade for my husband's account the other day, and couldn't. It just wouldn't take it. I've bought before (the 11th year collection, incidentally) but this time it won't take.

Call them, you can order on the phone.

The problem with ordering it as seperate items is that you are only allowed to use your CC 3 times per month, seeing as i have about 12 accounts that i have running (mostly not all at the same time but if there is something i need to do with a set account, or one of my houses goes into decayi need to pay) so sometimes i need to make all 3 payments for Gametime so the option of paying for the 2 items seperately isent that appealing to me.
