It should be noted that most of those price checks are accurate however a few have been known to go for more...

2. Bloodied Brogans Of The Reticent Quisling = 150-350m, considering all the blood themed clothing these can even go for more... last pair was purchased for 400m but depends on the buyer. However there's no way I would even consider selling them under 150m if I was you [Buying] - Bloodied (Stained, Soaked, etc) Items

5. D(^o^) Life Jacket = up to 250m, there's a buyer that was purchasing a lot of these at one point and offering that much. Not saying that price check wasn't accurate as that buyer sold most of them cheaper but they can go up to 250m [Buying] - Got these.

8. Jennys Broken Charm Bracelet = 75-150m

9. Love's Devotion = 250-500m, this is the only item I would value lower... can't really see this one sell for more than 500m personally but again depends on the buyer

My price checks are just based on my interpretation of the current rares market, observations at the last month's rares festival. Seen all these rares on vendors with the exception of Love's Devotion.

2 - [Selling] - Only the Dark Seeker Set Remains of a once great empire of rares Sold for 70m in 2015; these boots were a vendor staple for years, possible dupe.
5 - @Ryzk Ended up selling his life jackets on his vendors in Zento
8 - [Price Check] - Few Items I priced checked this higher 2 years, ago, but I've seen it not selling on vendors.
9 - [Auction] - Nice Rares for Auction A true 1 of 10 sold for 175m, back in 2011 when gold was more scarce, but had a reasonable buyout of 375m. Inflation on candelabras has gone up, candle rares in general really.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. That is why people price check. I don't have to price check if no one wants me to.
