104 12th Anniversary bags

Phew, that was a time consumer. Logging in all the accounts ive used in the past to claim the Anniversary gifts.
Now got 104 bags of goodies.

Not really the brightest idea to release the 12th anni bags while your still running the free log in old accounts bit.
Still i suppose it makes sure that their are no new rares introduced.

104 bags...... just curious, which gifts did you select? one more than others? cause really, a few banners, couple of trees, might want more than a few of those virtue deeds given that they break but after that..... holy cow, 104?

Last time they did this was for the 10th anniversary. I logged in all of my old accounts as well as my husband's. Think I'll do that again later today. I still have a ton of heritage tokens scattered about the shards. Certainly made up for not buying the 9th anniversary box.

I think they do it on purpose, they done it with the heritage tokens too, maybe they like these items to be mass produced so no-one can sell them for crazy prices

Don't think is much about ingame economy doesn't effect uostaff if they go for 1 piece of gold aor 10mil. It's really more about the old vets logging in and seeing nice new gifts for them does give them a little incentive to stick around for a while like "look what we doing for UO do you really want to leave it again?" Even if they just stick around a month more thats pure profit and raise in subscription number for there accountants in ultima coffers without any cost of advertising.

We got so many of those things we just quit cross-shard trading. I mean really what in the world are we going to do with all this stuff?

You don't have to use the tickets immediately. They should work a month from now, two years from now, or even five years from now.

Why not save some of those tickets and hand them out to newcomers sometime in the future? Might just make their day.
