Your fingers will slip if you take enough damage in a hit, regardless of your skill. According to the Healing Skill page:
1. If the healing is interrupted the amount of damage healed will be reduced by 35% per interruption.
2. Interruption will occur if the healer is hit for more than 26 damage by a monster or more than 19 damage by another player.
so in other words theres no bonuse for having 100? like always curing? always ressing? just the amount u heal is increased? so 100 anatomy 90 heal would be fine?

There are supposed to be bonus's of a sort for gm skill. However a year or 2 ago one of the devs stated it wasn't working, an FoF I think. I have never seen it posted that it was fixed.
There are bonuses of 100 Healing vs 90. With 90 you ress with a lot of fails, with 100 - much less fails. With 90 you cure lethal poison with fails (not too often though), with 100 no fails.
