I have 100% chance to make all items exceptional except for some of the plate stuff (I'm legendary). Regardless, I'm occassionally making normal (non-exceptional) items.
Has anyone else experienced this lately? It's happened to me twice today. Once making regular Helmets and another time making Halberds. I was using Iron on the Halberd and DC on the Helmet.
