The chart on UOGuide has the gains stopping somewhere in between 75.0 and 80.0. I'm guessing 78.0? Is that the skill needed for 100% casting of Summon Fey?

Do spellweaving spells work on a 40 point scale? Thanks.

Another question:

You have to be within 20 points to make an arcane circle right?

If Player A has 120.0 skill, what is the minimum skill for Player B to have to make a circle? 100.0 or 100.1?

i double checked his math. 120 - 20 is in fact 100.
