[Blacksmithing] 10 Stam and 5 DCI

I've been playing around on TC trying to get 10 Stam and 5 DCI on a piece of metal armor. I've tried various combinations of bronze hammers but not sure their is enough weight to do it. Has anyone made pieces like this?
