Each person can reserve two vendor locations. This house is only for EM rare, SB, or other unobtainable rare items.

I would like to run this on all Japanese shards, but some of the shards are no longer as active as they used to be, so I'm not sure if I can do it.
It's been 12 years since I started this journey and I still have two shards that I haven't run.

May I make one suggestion? Regarding the silent auction house, could the sellers be more realistic about their expectations regarding their prices and not take up safe spots? For example, if your item has been sitting on a safe for the past 50+ weeks, at a price no one would even bid on, don't expect that same price all of the sudden get a lot of bids at the auction. Wishful thinking is just that "wishful". If not monitored properly, you end up with multiple safes with no sales. Try to understand the market. If you didn't sell it during the initial hyped amount or bought it at the hyped amount then later try to recoup it, it's just not going to happen. This should not be the place to do it. Cheers

There will be vendor spots and auction safe spots for beginner rares. For rare sets over 500m we have the silent auction house. For items over 175m we have an exhibition sales area for handling containers etc.

We had to do a lot of things in the short preparation period of just one month until the event.
I asked for a lot of advice on how to organize things efficiently. They are always gave me intelligent and accurate answers.Halister Marner and Scribbles.

In the early stages of our planning, we had other ideas for the plot and spent a considerable amount of time surveying the land. I'll save this idea for another time. 　Tmagoya, syurochin, Kozun.

Also, there was a considerable amount of work involved, such as creating and sourcing the items that would be needed, and they prepared a lot out of the spotlight. ZARIGANI of Yamato, Millon of Asuka, Mio of Asuka.

Professional work as always.
Alexander of ATL. , his auction was very popular and had many people visiting even before it started.

Norrington had a sudden work schedule, even though the festival had already begun, andI had to find another Silent Auction host on short notice.
I really appreciate for Nails Warstein, that he reached out and helped us.
