more points from certain faction kills?

A friend of mine is insisting there is a certain faction that gives him 2 pts instead of just one (on a level ratio) when he makes a kill, he is com and the thought that struck me was does killing evil faction factioneers (i.e sl or min) during this war or vice versa give you an extra advantage?

I just read one of my other posts and thats what I understand from "sephy" Kill a member of a faction that is opposite in either good or evil from your faction ( IE evil killing good or versa) = more points

You get double points for killing an opposing faction chaos vs order. You get 3X points for doing so in a faction city.

Only for people who've played a while and know the history of the game.
For example a lot of folks now don't even know who Minax was, much less if she was a "good guy" or a "bad guy".
