I made a major mistake and allowed my "Intel" stat to get to low. I have tried lowering the other two but this has no effect. How can raise Intel and lower Str or Dex?

There was a list floating around that listed all the skills and what primary and secondary stats they increase. Depending on your template, you might have to see-saw a skill to get int to go up, or if you have a skill on that list that has been gm'd and locked then if you mark it to go up you should gain int pretty quick.

This is the best method to gain stats that have gone too far in one direction.

there ya go :) as kellgory said try and find a skill with the relevant stat that is already capped, as it will yield you more stat points faster than a mid or high ranged skill which will only give you stat gains when u gain in that skill.
