So Did I and there no longer with us.
It seems I got the rest of your items and I havent decided which TnT sanctioned route I should take to bring you back together with your gear. I could choose from the following pre-determined TnT methods of handling it.
1. Trash them
2. Offer to sell them back for there exact value in silver.
3 Keep them in a chest so that some day in the future i can trade for my own stuff if i ever die.
4. Demand runic kits in trade for them.
So..... if you want them back choose one of these methods which your guild finds perfectly exceptable and let me know.

do what u want man i wouldnt toss your in trash or destroy it but w/e i dont care.
Don't think im starting trouble here Sly. I have already posted several times how great it was that someone has returned my things and I have already returned that treatment to many players as of late. But TnT continues for some reason to follow these pre set courses of action when it comes to loot. All im saying is that you should be prepared to be treated the same way you treat others. So i know i have your legs your ring and some other bauble. Choose what I should do with them from that list of 4 options ( the same list I currently have to choose from) and I will be more than happy to help you out.

Yes Voodoo and speedy acted like and ass about the items when they first came out and trashed a few members stuff like one time. Then they started selling them back regardless. We discussed the issue in vent and thought it would be best for the shards pvp to not trash the items etc.
So yes they did start it and a few of your guys also did it to them. I don't blame them for doing so to the ones who trashed there items. They also trashed peoples items who did not do anything to them...
Point is yes we started but we stopped. And then sold to all members of TNT no matter how much we disliked there play style or how they act in game or on a forum...
But you guys did not do the same.
Some of you do.
The only thime I have ever gotten anything back was from Ru, and he may not admit it but I think the only reason I got those items back was because he contacted me first because he wanted to know if I had Alaric Dragons items or if I could possibly get them.
You know, this broad sweep of "THIS IS HOW TNT DOES IT, SO SCREW YOU" is starting to annoy me.
1. I don't wear alot of faction gear. No silver an I suck both contribute to that.
2. EVERY piece of faction gear I have looted I have returned. And, to top it off I just GAVE 4 pieces back the other day for nada, zippo, not a !$@#$# thing. Superstition was the recipient of that.
Why did I do that? The answer is simple:
1. they were of no value to me.
2. super has never been a complete ass to me in game or out.
3. they were of value to superstition
If giving somebody their items back makes them more happy with the game then do it. We all know that Siege needs more players and everybody acting like a bunch of !$@# idiots is part of why we are a dying shard.
So next time you say that ALL OF TNT does this or does that, please keep in mind that just like in KOC, there are individuals in TnT. Some of us do our best not to cause grief just for the sake of causing grief, or just to get even with whomever for whatever...

No kage, I I see your misguided point- you just fail to understand the whole picture.
Amanda's post after yours touches on it well...
Basically, like one or two people in TnT seem to not be selling stuff back... And k0c comes out crying their brains out accusing TnT of making a guild decision to trash everything.
So in turn k0c *actually* make a guild decision to trash everything.
That leaves us at this:
all of k0c trash everything
most TnT sellback or return items, a few don't.
Now tell me Kage, which guild trash the items?

I Personally dont care if everyone throws my faction stuff in the trash, go ahead, I only hope you get the same enjoyment from doing it as i do, i throw alot more stuff away then people get from me, so its a win in my book, and i promise you this, you will never hear me cry about it, I dont care,
So TnT--Throw everything you get of mine away, dont even try and give it back, throw it away....because i get way to much pleasure doing it to yours,

I would do it, but with the way the KoC have been done with that its gonna be hard to do. a guild policy should be set forth on both sides to return the items or else everything looted is bound for the trash.

I don't think it's possible to a rule that count for all, as looting always had been used both to make profit but also as punishment for bad actions like trash talking, crying and griefing.
If we look back at the history for Siege, some players was looted lot more than others. If the player had gained respect, even his enemies would loot him light but a player who have alot disrespect would mostly be dry looted and see his stuff trached.
That do not changes just because we get some soulbound items, that only can be used of the owner.
If the killer is out for profit, he will loot them and try to sell them back, unless he respect the owner and will let him keep them.
If the killer not really care about profit from the loot, he will leave the items on the body or give/sell them back when the fight is over, unless he disrespect the owner and want to punish him.
With non soulbound items, it was harder to see why someone was looted more than others. You could not see if the looter needed the items, took them to sell them or trashed them.
With soulbound items, the owner now seem to think he have right to get them back and forget that there may be a reason for his enemy to trash them or demand a high price for them.
Making even rules for all seem very difficult and very little Siege Perilous.

we are stuck reading about it every day in k0c's posts.
I love how I can post about k0c crying (a visible, obvious, undoubtable situation, since it is all right here on the boards) and the best kage can come up with is *accuse* tnt of having drama, and speculate on what our vent is like- since he doesn't really know.
Thats fine with me, I'll let you speculate all you want- people are smart enough to take 90% of what you write with a grain of salt int he first place, so I know they will be wise enough to pretty much disregard any of your random speculation. I, on the other hand don't need to speculate- its alllll right here.... look at poor kage cry more because he didn't get some faction items back.

ALL of you should sell items back on a personal basis. You should not attempt to make it into a guild wide thing. But I know a lot of you on here like to stick to your guild's nuts like its some kind of powerful real life organization that provides you insurance, a company car etc. but they don't its a damn group of people that play UO...don't make them into **** slingin' political parties...oh wait you guys already did that months ago..
