I noticed it's recently been made to default allcaps for new guild abbreviations... even if you entered in some letters in lowercase.

I noticed that myself as well.I noticed it's recently been made to default allcaps for new guild abbreviations... even if you entered in some letters in lowercase.
this should be fixed asap.

I noticed it a few days ago but meh, I figured it was just another "feature!"

Maybe they are trying to clean up some of the 1337 speak in UO. I have always hated when people do that.
If it was intended, I think they would have announced it. You can never tell with this Dev team though. They are erratic.

All cap guild abbreviations look bad. They need to fix this.
