Since the event is almost over, I guess I will give it one more try. I have only spent 2 hours this year trick or treating. I haven't gotten anything but the candy. I should be able to get all items but the web at 78 begging. I die about 10 times in a hour, so I stopped trying. Does the likelyhood of death depend on karma?

Trick or treating is no longer working for me at the moment...looks like they turned it off early??
Anyways, you can only get the special items at GM begging.

I was training begging starting at 50 at the same time as trick or treating. I was in heartwood and by the time I reached 75 begging I had a complete set of rares except for the web. I did spend multiple hours on a daily basis. Still not gm beggar but I will be ready for next year! I intended to spend this evening Trick or Treating as well but I guess it isnt working which is a double blow since there is too much lag to do anything else.
Well poop. I was hoping to get a few more items this evening. But yea it's turned off. Has anyone checked for pumpkins? *runs to see*
Edit: The pumpkins are still spawning, didn't see a black one but doesn't mean they aren't. Ah well. It was fun trick or treating and fighting sicarii while it lasted.

With VERY LITTLE Trick or treating I got easily 2 pizzas with ZERO begging. I assume it should be the same for the other rares except the small web?...
Is being teleported the only way to get to Sicarii? (I mean is it necessary to do the whole quest from the beginning?)

Yes. It would seems that a Dev actually pulled his head out and made it so you could just spam the words and do the quest this time around. Kudos on whoever came up for air btw.
