From what I can see on the first page. But this being UOHall this can change at any minute...

and not one is locked....amazing....I mean everyone is effected by this....Us the players, the Mods etc etc...

Question tho. Are any other games out there having the same issues? that are run by EA games? just curious is all.

i was thinking not long ago, hell there is alot of lag threads, they need to be merged.

You know.. somehow WarHammer "magically" has no lag at all.... isn't that odd.





For people that dont grasp the sarcasm in my statement, might i add /sarcasm

hrm..war hammer and no lag..hrm...

Mostly I was just wondering what other EA games had any problems with lag :D If any out there :D But hey this is something everyone is effected by..

I have a conspircy theory tho..They Devs made the lag to see who is speed hacking...Maybe just maybe..shrugs :D

Or better yet..since I can't collect any gold..maybe they are trying to make getting gold harder? :D

1) I believe Warhammer is hosted on a different network (so no competition going on)
2) I've not seen any other reports of problems with other games, but we do share the router with EA's main website and at least one high-profile game (Spore). However, I don't know about any games requiring fast, consistant access that are hosted in the same area that could be tested against.
3) I've found that a peace mage/summoner hanging back and tossing EVs can fair pretty well despite the lag

I played the last EA game that was pulled. Right before I came to UO. Glad you asked this because it makes me nervous. App six months before that online game ended the lag became so horrible it made many days unplayable.

So, is this lag problem something new?

With my previous EA game, the DEVs were always helping us ease the lag problem by empting temp files, etc. I think it was out of their control. And the lag affected everyone also. There were also a few computer geeks that were fantastic and posted often help others ease their lag problem.

What I'm concerned over is: is this a new problem?
