I fixed it

I closed my UO accounts uninstalled UO and started playing a new game and now I have NO LAG what so ever.

Yup ... I'm debating on it. I have 2 accounts on 6-month cycles and just made the payments. After this past couple weeks I'm considering letting them go as well.
