Hello - I have found a number of threads about "no news" and so on, but for me my Sherry the Mouse Statue says "You are not authorized..." or something close to that. Is there anything I can do?

I've not seen that ... have you tried unlocking/locking it down?
I have tried that as well as trading between toons... nothing.
Does the houes need to be public for it to work? (Mine is private)

ah, of course. (it's odd that there's even a double-click action defined for Sherry)

Sad thing is that they had this fixed for about an hour
then it started bugging shards then they turned it all off...
