Vamp form and curing poison

As a Vamp, I have little problem leeching through the damage from any level of poison - but there ARE times when you do need to get rid of it fast.

What are the options? Is it just Chiv and Magery? I had thought that you could take a HP hit and drink Cures but the message I get is "...would surely kill you" and can't drink it - pfft. Also, I had though Orange petals cured as well as boosted resist - this too seems to no longer be the case.

Am I missing some trick or is it really just Chiv or Magery?

Orange petals increase your resist to lower levels of poison and will not cure poison after the fact. Higher levels of poison, deadly and lethal I believe, are too powerful for the petals to overcome.:sad4:

Healing and Anatomy works.

If you're a Vamp life leecher with no healing, then you need to learn to leech through the damage of DP. It ticks really slow and high Poison resist with help with the damage from being poisoned.

I'm quite happy leeching through any level of poison - if in danger I would normally either cast a quck curse weapon or use whirlwind or momentum attack for extra leeching...but

There are still times when you want to get rid of it fast. Perhaps after a massive reptalon hit or an explo/eb hits you. That extra 20-30 from a quick Gheal pot can be vital.

So its FC Chiv or Cure (with a damage hit from the garlic). KK..just as long as I wasn't missing something.

Not sure but you may need to watch your reputation. If you go too much towards Dread Lord you will have problems using chiv curing on high level poisons.
