After these events are over, please think about bringing ToT back for a while. I know you have other goodies in store for us, but having more than one event going on at a time has been fun. ToT along with whatever new content is coming would be a blast! :thumbup1:

I'd like to see ToT come back, but not while we have so much other event content live (haloween & invasions)

People that have dyes and like that they are worth MILLIONS don't want them brought back... and people that just want dyes to use and play with want them for the game of it...

Go figure.

I'm for a return of ToT, with the following changes:

1. Change the NPC to a Collection system NPC. Each minor would be worth 1 point, with all the current majors redone to be worth 10 to 20 points. Add the Japanese Spring collection Token items (the CatHat statue, Mongbat dartboard, wooden screen, etc.) to the 10 or 20 point tiers.

2. Add new items, requiring 30, 50 or more points. The bright-color dyes that the screaming minority hates, but everyone else wants (so much there is a thriving market of people importing them from Japan), would be part of this, as would some new dyes (how about some ranger green or Ilshenar Green dye? OR true black to allow us to dye armor to go with the clothing from the black dye tub?). One could also put the current Japanese box set items as 50 point items (and maybe those replicas we saw in the cliloc files).

3. Allow points to be bought, 1 per 1 million gold check, and a close watch be put on persons turning in lots of checks. This will allow some gold sinking, as the only the desperate, the merchants and the gold cheaters would be sinking gold into it, and the first two should be fairly able to separate out.

Bingo! And I did say AFTER the current events are over. But my main point was to have more than one event going on at a time. Keeps the boredom to a minimum.

Some great ideas here for ToT3. Keep 'em coming!

I just want the dyes back and I don't care HOW, but ToT once a year for say a month would be good. Tokuno certainly needs some attention.

I would have to disagree (and before anyone says it's because I have tons of the dyes and want to sell them know that I took a break from 2003 to 2007 and missed that event). But I think that new content should be added instead of bringing back the old stuff.

How many times have we seen things that were once rare come back in to the game? I would love to have some dyes, I paid over 5mil for one bottle.

If ToT does come back and everyone wants dyes, remove all the other items, and add new ones. Dont flood the market with items we already have.

Also I would like to see Doom artifacts replaced with some new ones. Change them up once in a while.

Just my 2 cents.

I wasn't playing when the original Tokuno event was active, so I would love to have the opportunity to enjoy it this time around.

Items like the Tokuno dyes, that allow players to customize their character's appearance shouldn't be so rare. It's discouraging for new or returning players to find out that new gear they earned in Doom is going to make their character look like a fashion eye-sore with all the mixed up colors, unless they have millions to pay for the dye.

If there was another way to dye those same items and armor pieces that was available to all or most players, even if just a small range of regular colors, I wouldn't mind the Tokuno dyes having such a limited availability as they do currently.

So yes, bring back Treasures of Tokuno, for all to enjoy again! :)

But, because the dyes are consumables they could be added back as craftable items. I remember when dyes were added to Horizons and people running about to get the resources. It was much fun. Why can't the dyes be added to the alchemy menu, even if it requires peerless ingredients, if they don't want to add them back as a reward or drop?

On the other hand, this is one item I would pay for (if the price were reasonable) with RL money.

I also agree with Tom Builder that changing out the rewards (or just cycling them) and artifacts would be a plus.

Not entirely true. Stop assuming. I was not around for ToT and I don't have any dyes and I don't want it back. We don't need more things to overprice and sell in Luna.

neon seeds :)

Oh wait, there was conscious decision not to include them. But what if they had a quirk that they could not be placed into decorative mode? (so remained only as long as they were actively tended)
