Can't redeed my vet rewards!

Well I placed two, hanging skeletons in one of my houses that's owned by an account that's just shy of the required four year mark. Now, I can't redeed them! I have tried every character on every account that is old enough to have originally placed them but to no avail. I've been sitting at number twelve on the GM queue for well over an hour now. Is there anything that I could do to fix this problem other than sitting at the friggin computer waiting for a GM that's clearly not coming??

if you placed them as a co-owner in that house then you should be able to re-deed them as long as you dont release co-ownership, but other than waiting for a GM to show there isnt anything else you can do, unless your house is of custom design, go into custo place a wall in the place that the vet rewards are and then commit it, the vet reward should then be redeeded inside you moving crate.



and dont listen to the queue number its been broken for feck knows how long

Have you tried placing walls over the spots where they're located?

Doubt that will work, but it's worth a shot. I had the exact same thing happen a year ago, and finally had a GM redeed them for me. Stupidly set myself up again for the same thing to happen again this year...

Yeah, I've already tried the wall placing thing, but I gave it another shot, just now, for good measure. The kicker is, I have kept the same co-owners to my house since I built it. I can't figure out why they are unable to redeed now.

Did you go into customize mode while the skeletons were in place, prior to trying to redeed them? I have a theory that's what messes them up.

This is an old reoccuring but that has been around for so long I don't even remember the first time I heard about it. I had this happen to me once with a flaming head dead and I had to wait on the GM. They then asked which char I had placed it with and I was like... I have four accounts and I placed it years ago, you got me on which one. He finally took it down for me and handed it back, but it took a while. I have no idea why it happens or any way to fix it other then waiting on a GM, sorry...

Nope, once my darling mother finished expertly designing and decorating my house, I have never once entered customization mode. (She worked long and hard placing over 70 vines along the perimeter, so I wasn't about to mess with that!)

do skeletons redeed by double clicking them or by using an axe on them - i think you might have to double click them - totally not sure though

Skeletons and Ankhs rejecting to be redeeded by a properly aged house owner are stuff, which can only be fixed by GM from my experiences.
Can't have to do with customization either, since I had this problem on a castle not only one time.
Maybe a house transfer with the placed item can cause the bug, but this is pure speculation.
