How do you obtain a powerscroll? I mean without buying it from someone? Is there a certian monster you have to kill and hope it spawns on it or is it a yearly gift, or do you buy them from UO?

that is soo not true, depending on your skill as a player will determine what percentage of chance on ANY shard. If you have skills to pvp and pvm your chances are alot better then someone who just sits at the bank.

what you mean is more like
-get a member of the "ghetto-gang" (shard) and you will get of the leaders mercy here and there a 105 -115 scroll, the 120 scroll you have to give to the gang leader, because they make real mo` from : (

i think they need to get rid of insurance on red chars and reinstate stat loss when your a murderer.. then we can talk.
the other day i did a champ with 10 or so of my guild mates we ended up killing the same 5 people 15 times before we gave up and went to do peerless..
yes it can be dealt with, yes its annoying, no its not fun..
ive done many champs..

Read all the threads and polls about insurance and blessed items, POF and other issues. Carefully. Pay attention to the poll results.
Ask yourself why there's only 1-2 shards that do not support insurance systems.
And after that, consider voting with your credit card, 'cuz this subject is long dead.

What's important is the last bit. You ain't having fun? Congrats on leaving the spawn alone and heading back to Trammel without making a big fuss.

Bah! The subject is not long dead, the fact that a non-cheating gamer has slim to no chance to obtain the scrolls(thru-oriented play) is never going to Change.
Outside of playing a dead shard and paying thru the nose to transfer them or paying More RL $$ for mil's to pay for them in game.
The scroll system needs a huge change up. The System as it is, is Pathetic!

I do champ spawns in fel alot with my bard. I know not a pvp build right? Well let me tell you I have to macro of counts on a BARD every time i go. See in order to pull off a champ spawn you will probly need to have a few reds in the group and when that team of reds/blues walks in I am forced to kill blues and reds alike. Thus my bard has been red in the past! So its no so much the need to hurt reds further its the becoming red shouldnt be a part of the process in a normal game mechanic.
Think about it if everyone played by the rules(no pking) a group of blues would waltz right in when your team summonsed the champ and take credit for the scrolls leaving your team with lttle ot nothing for a lot of work. The system its self is bugged. Imo it should be party based. Anyone entering a champ region not "in party" should be orange tagged.
Im all for PvP in champ spawns and Id love to spend more time on them with my bard but, a red bard is a dead bard and that's what i have to play with!

if you want to play alone or your number of mates is not big enough/experienced to defend a champ, you may want to try this:
105
you get really easy for bashing on the low level spawn in the champ area in fel
the higher ones only drop from the champ, but
110
you get really easy because most players simply drop them to the floor (when no spring cleaning event takes place) because no one would buy them
115 /120 and statscrolls (harrower)
you may want to train a thief char and simply steal them from the backpack of the people
but up to 115 you can buy really cheap today, and 115 will be more than sufficient for PvM IMHO.
if you really feel that you need a 120, just PvM until you find some good loot an sell it. look at auction sites to get a clue of what sells at high price. there are rumours of single items get sold for 100+ MILLIONS !!!
