I've had trouble tracking down the official numbers, and unofficial sources I've seen conflict.

there are 4 they are oak,ash,yew,heartwood for fletching and carp

Now, here's a couple question I can't find answers for. The concern Velocity.

1. The range for the ability is 10% to 50%.

Does this mean that the range is 40 long, or 50 with rounding up, if too low?

Example: is 50% runic intensity in the ability (max for an Oak runic, minimum for a Heartwood)

• 30% (10% + half of 40), or
• 25% (with rolls of under 20% intensity on an oak runic treated as 10% ability)?

2. Does it progress in continuous whole numbers from 10% to 50%, or is it in descrete steps of 2%, 4% or 5% (examples of 5% steps: SSI, Enhance Potions, etc.)
The second should be easy to answer. The first is a bit more difficult, without burning a bunch of runics.
