I had a similar issue. I filled out the web form to get help, canned response. In game GMs were less helpful. Jeremy never replied to my email.

I had to try to figure it out myself since EA has no customer service department.

When I was set up for recurring payments on my credit card there was never an issue. When I started paying one month, then cancelling recurring payments (keeping remaining game time) I noticed the account would not age.

i wish there was a clear cut answer on this- I mean on myuo it shows when you became a member so you would think they could just follow that :(

But you could have suspended your account for 3 months when you were traveling one summer 4 years ago, and then you aren't really eligible for the rewards until you make up for those "missed" 3 months.

For my account it would have been easy.. I always pay with a credit card. Just count how many credit card payments there have been.. and PRESTO, account age.

I don't know how old your account is, or how good you think EA's book keeping software is, but if you think they can track 10 years worth of successfull credit card charges for every individual account history... through all the changes of managment, ownership, leadership of UO over the years etc... I think you are being optimistic.

I'm not saying they shouldn't have a way of knowing how old each account is, since they've had a "Vet Rewards" program for many years they should have "Tracking" account age down to a science by now, but I don't think it's as easy as typing in your account name into some magic account system and counting 120 successfull charges in a list.

If I have records of my transactions to them, then they sure as hell should.

especially when you pay 3 months in a row like I do and never see your account age. I know they take the $ out of my account, but I don't see the subsequent "credit" in my account age :(

All I want for Christmas this year from EA is my 60 month vet rewards. I wish I had them in July like I should have had :(
