Wow great fight at oaks tonight, good to see gl still alive with pvp. I belive UOD started it. not sure,i got there around 3rd lv and there where about 15 dead bc ghost that ran past me. looked like UOD dispatched of them with ease over and over. me being on my faction char and not friendly with any guilds there, was not able to stay but the last i saw was a back and forth fight between tdr and uod after bc left with there tails between there legs after being out guned by uod who looked to have less numbers then BC. Just got back from atl but like what i am seeing ::gun:

Nice fight last night uod, spent 2 hours there, didn't take the oaks but atleast we disrupted it i guess. And to clarify the first posters theory, we had 7 mages there, they had over double our number. I believe their vent number was 18-19. Either way, good fight had fun.

First off....Kahlan....Yr a nub so dont even post .....you weren't even there..

We popped it.....BC Raided.......

Huge Battle.....

We sent them on thier way....

TDR/JW came.....Faught a hell of a lot better than BC......

Back and forth battle.....Both guilds hit Oaks........

We took 5 of 6 scrolls....they got the skull...we got in the star.....grinded them dead.....

Probably one of the most drawn out epic battles that have ensued in a while...

As far as numbers.....It had to be close to even VS BC......so dont talk like you did anything great.....

BC lost......so lets not lie.....the better battle was TDR/JW....they actually have skill....

You guys were like a bunch of paper dolls (BC)........drove yr asses out about 10 times before we sent you all back as ghosts.....

Amazing battle though........I bet all vents were just lit up fer sure!

Thats the kind of fun that still can be had on GL.

Oh and I have to always close with this.....

As far as any archers we had they did thier jobs. They put people on foot and our mages cleaned em up. They didnt try to do 2 armor ignores then run and hide when it didnt work.

Im missing 1 i believe which makes 10 at the end of the fight. I assure the first beating you took was from 6 of us. The fact is you guys repeatedly do spawns for us on a daily basis and as a bonus we get to repeatedly punch you guys in the nose. Theres no way you can put a spin on a big fight in which you guys got clocked by a much smaller force repeatedly.

You're leaving out the fact that when you first came in we were on Oaks, and had the spawn on us. All you guys did was e filed and toss EV's initially. Plus for the duration most of the spawn remained on us (not you) due to karma.

You can't count my necro as a full char anyway, since we all know my mage skills are less than poor. When I brought my blue back 10 mins later, Shank, On or Off (EDA's red archer), Medic, and Drag (red) all went down quickly to my new guildies and I. We finished Oaks, then left laughing loudly in vent. We didn't realize until we hit the star room that the skull was on one of your corpses, and we laughed again because we didn't really care.

Then I laughed a lil more when Medic whined at the gate because I "needed" to get my tamer to fight with at the spawn. LOL Hey Medic, an ethy Cu Sidhe does not constitute tamer. LOLOL

And yes, Itari's correct (except Minax' finest: Arianna was there also). We had around 12 1/2 or 13 1/2 (since my necro counts as a half). By the time TDR got there at 1:30am we had 5 guys that had already logged off.

Actually Id say the fact that UOD got knocked down 3 times on top of losing thier skull with a ton of people on is good criteria for who wins. UOD getting thier 15-20 ressed for the 3rd time and zerging whats left of the champs life then panicking and running for the star room doesnt seem like criteria for a win. Thier were deaths on boths sides but even with 2x or more numbers UODs deaths probably at least quadrupled TDRs. Simple math doesnt lie. 6-10 vs 15-20 with the 15-20 dieing at least 3 times each equals a great disparity.Once again, fun fight and keep doing spawns for us.

Wow! people have the oddest perception of events evolving around themselves.

TDR, did come in and kill most of us, all of us no!

Did they have help from spawn Yes most definatly.

Couple factors one must take into consideration. We worked an Oaks spawn on mostly reds so we all had negative karma.

One could imagine the supplies that we went through just to get oaks up.

Then BC came in like a bunch of mosquitoes they threw their punches here and there but never amounted to anything. I give them props for trying.

So!!

When TDR/JW decided to make thier big push they were fighting with resources and good numbers. We were not!

Obviously they didnt ever kill all of us because we came back.

Oh and res killing someone 2 times does not account that you pushed us out 3 times LOL!! nice perception though

Once we regrouped we went in Killed most of them, All of them except the ones that ran for the Hills, Then we Killed Lord Oaks.

In my eyes that is a victory for UOD.

Scout, whether u wanna admit it or not what you have basicly stated is that TDR came in with a plan, teamwork and executed while UOD ran around like a bunch of chickens with thier heads cut off. Why cant you just say that? For the final time there is no possible way for UOD to claim victory at oaks. We used every legitimate tactic at our disposal and flat out outplayed you guys. Big guild wars are more than popping out taking potshots and then running off to hide. Those things are what you guys are accustomed to and it clearly showed at oaks. While u guys were actually on mages or necros for the most part(props btw) you guys need to understand that when fighting out in the field simply trying to save yourself does not work as well as fighting as a team.

As far as the rest goes.....I didnt show up til after Lord Oaks was up and control changed hands atleast 3 times with TDR doing most of the damage to the champ. You guys just happened to take control one of the times in a good position to finish it and William(TDR) got the skull.
