anyone ever have this problem?

all chars on your account say 108
1 char on the account is stuck at 107...happends to be your main char
you page a gm and after 6 hours...they first tell you what you told them..the char is at 107 lol..you re send the page and re explain the situation and are told they cant fix the one char and to contact billing....i have this happen every year and the gm's fix the char right there and then...can contacting billing really fix 1 char on an account??....what happend to the gm;s just fixin easily seen errors?

I think they took all GM's Admin rights away and now they are only allowed to send annoying emails telling us to email an email address that never gives us our answers. yup yup ...I think that's it

Almost everyone has one or more characters that don't age at the same time as the others, usually takes about 10 days for it to catch up. GMs are unlikely to do anything because it's not really a problem. I'm surprised you've gotten to 107 months without reading about it before, I've read it several times.
