I have to admit, I love polls even when I have not yet made any on this forum.

If a poster do not read the poll question, he may No and really mean Yes or the other way around.

Also, is it possible to edit a poll without the votes get erased?

Well...if my option mentioned above were included...it would take care of at least one poll n00b.

On the issue of being able to edit a poll after there are votes, that is a bad thing, and would render polls completely meaningless. If any wording was changed or even options added, the previous responses would not reflect what the edited poll asked.

I think one of the polls was changed after I voted and I could not revote. I agree is very bad if it is possible

I like polls but people abuse them and i can see why they didn't allow them on the old forums.

I say polls stay and polls can be made by all. How can a poll thread be any worse or different than any non-poll thread? I see them as harmless, and sometimes fun.
