First, wOOt!
Does this mean we'll be able to steal it?# Blackrock of all sizes can now be insured
I took this to mean no more casting flamestrike on a key or on a tillerman so you don't have to damage yourself while training. Earthquake doesn't need a specific target, therefore it shouldn't be affected. I would assume anyway."Casting a spell on an invalid location will no longer consume reagents or cause skillgain" Does that mean that we wont be able to just cast earthqake a lot to gain up skill or that still okay?
Don't worry little guy, you'll be able to 'all kill' all of the spawn you can handle!Who wants to explain to me why they thing the Non-PvP community wants to have their facet jacked up by the PvP community? That's my only issue with this publish is Factions determining the pace and outcome of the Events.
It's not going to be jacked up by pvp. Seriously, how is this going to be different than if the invasions randomly spawned in the cities anyway?Who wants to explain to me why they thing the Non-PvP community wants to have their facet jacked up by the PvP community? I guess the biggest difference is that it could be happening in 3 cities ath the same time... and which cities are affected are going to be changing a lot... controlled by the PvP crowd so the PvM crowd just have to keep trying find out where to go and where is safe tonight, and ignore the rest of the "noise".It's not going to be jacked up by pvp. Seriously, how is this going to be different than if the invasions randomly spawned in the cities anyway?
Not random, can now be easily controlled on some shards, thus making it controlled. It is different because of this reason...It's not going to be jacked up by pvp. Seriously, how is this going to be different than if the invasions randomly spawned in the cities anyway?
Words of a PvPer, not realizing that RPers aren't all tamers. and would rather not see RPers around.Don't worry little guy, you'll be able to 'all kill' all of the spawn you can handle!
I wonder if this is going to create a bug were some times will have visable properties that then will be fixed and will be worth a fortune... hrmmm lol not likely is itWow....simply.....wow
Vendors
Instituted a new Vending Penalty for players who attempt to circumvent the daily vendor charge for their items
Vending Penalty is the same as the daily charge for the item
Penalty is applied if the item is removed by the owner before 24 hours has passed since it was added to the vendor
Penalty is noted on the object as an item property
If the item is added to a vendor again, the vending penalty is automatically deducted from that vendor’s account, or given back to the player if funds are insufficient
There is a 30 minute grace period after adding an item to a vendor to prevent accidents: any item removed before 30 minutes passes will not have a vending penalty
Once 24 hours pass, the item may be removed at any time by the owner without penalty. Re-adding it to the vendor starts the process over again, however
my question too - also archane gemsI though that magic apples, chocolate ingredients, and smoke bombs were also going to be added to the stackables list. Did they just forget to mention these in the notes? I guess I can log on test when I get home and find out.
Easy some shards even with the changes to PvP won't have the Faction presence to make the event run smoothly. Others Factions like Minax have a dominate face in the Shards PvP Scene, meaning all the other PvPers can't offset it to keep it running at a pace that would be considered moderate. There's so many variables that can sway it one way or the other....It's not going to be jacked up by pvp. Just keep some goodies in your pack for me to steal so I can laugh when you fail to catch me........Don't worry little guy, you'll be able to 'all kill' all of the spawn you can handle!
I agree they are giving one more reason for players not to come to Trammel and Fel's "Classic" cities.they should have made luna an invadable town for factions![]()
Kindof agree... they should make all areas attack just some more than others, that way people are forced to travel and use all the land and not let some die out..., but always have a safe spot for miners and such.I agree they are giving one more reason for players not to come to Trammel and Fel's "Classic" cities.
Yeah, it's ok, all you no skill tamers will still have the upper hand!Don't worry little guy, you'll be able to 'all kill' all of the spawn you can handle!Who wants to explain to me why they thing the Non-PvP community wants to have their facet jacked up by the PvP community? In Trammel, you can have a max of three invasions right? So how is this different than if they just decided to randomly spawn invasions in 1-3 of those cities? That is my point. They could have made this based upon some randomizer which generates the invasions. Instead, they make it a little more interactive while also trying to lure some interest in factions. Either way, you get up to 3 cities invaded with a 2 hour break after the invasion is beaten.Easy some shards even with the changes to PvP won't have the Faction presence to make the event run smoothly. And if neither side can maintain or acquire the sigils then what? No invasions at all? Or if one faction say TB keeps all the sigils and Minax or SL can't acquire them, NO Spawns. On the Flip side.....If Minax or SL keeps control of the sigils then what? 3 cities invaded, you beat one down another starts in two hours, you'll wind up with no break in the spawns at all unless you can wipe out all 3 in under the 2 hour mark. PvP is going to set the tempo of an Event, or better yet say a minority of the player base is going to set the tone and tempo of an event that may or may not happen on your shard based on which Faction/s can maintain dominance.....In Trammel, you can have a max of three invasions right? I see your point. But I also don't think the powers that created this event would just sit by and idly watch nothing happen without stepping in. This is probably close to the last event in the arc before SA. So they will have plenty of time to tweak it. At least as long as it took to create it all. Let's see what happens. And if neither side can maintain or acquire the sigils then what? No invasions at all? for once the pvp community has a huge role in an event, maybe factions determine what cities but the rest of the community can determine the outcome. Ok, point taken on the no invasions at all part. There are plenty of people looking forward to these invasions and it would suck if they never occur because of a dominant TB or COM faction. I still don't see a problem with Minax or SL being dominant because it would just be more consistent hunting grounds. And if neither side can maintain or acquire the sigils then what? Agreed. 3 cities invaded is no different then the devs picking 3 at random. Only problem I see with this scenario is what is the point? The mobs drops silver. Silver is useful if you are in a faction. What else was there? Did I miss some cool cursed artis(laf) or something that is gonna drop? Dragons going wild will be interesting. Just means everyone will be there with a dog.I guess the biggest difference is that it could be happening in 3 cities ath the same time... and which cities are affected are going to be changing a lot... controlled by the PvP crowd so the PvM crowd just have to keep trying find out where to go and where is safe tonight, and ignore the rest of the "noise".It's not going to be jacked up by pvp. So... what would be different than this and an all out invasion where it was happening to a random 3 cities at a time and if you beat them back you saved the city and got cool items?
Nothing.
