Realy need some help

Hi all by helping a freind with his house I have ended up haveing my own condemed, is there anyway around this please.

You will have to transfer the condemed house to either another account or a friend that does not have a home. Better be a good friend. Since new accounts can't hold a house for 15 days, it is too late to create one.
