there hasn't been any vanguards on baja for more than a week now..

So its just as I thought some shards are getting Vanguards and some are not. So Dev's is this the plan that once a shard kills so many they dont spawn any more or there a programming issue and they should be spawning?

I wouldn't know on Legends since I stopped TRYING to kill them. 
They were all stuck underground like some kind of demonic Cabbage Patch Kids or something. 
I paged a GM THREE TIMES for all the good that did.
The GM :loser: must have been:
A) Literacy Challenged in English
B) Compentence Challenged with UO
C) Didn't give a flying flatulence
because all I got was GMBot 3000 messages telling me to check the Knowledge Base for the anwser I seek.
What's the point of having a event IF YOU CAN'T KILL THE SPAWN?
That's why I gave up on the event.

I can't believe anyone would actually pay more than a mil for a dread (and thats if it is a good one). I have a feeling that even after the event ends the dreads will still be obtainable (in some fashion) in the game.
