Wraith form need SS to gain mana?

As far as I know Wraith form has nothing to do with spirit speak to leech mana when you hit your opponent... is that right or is it SS based??

SS based. at 100 ss u will get back 20% mana, at 120 - 22%.

ok I found the formula but when playing even with 0 SS it seems that I leech mana when in wraith form... is there a minimum leech amount even with 0 SS?

Are u human? u have 20 ss as JOAT. Well i'm not sure about formula, there is 1 somewhere in spellcaster's forum.

no im elven not human

formula is SS / 5

but with 0 SS you leech mana anyways
