LS came in at 588,935,689. And your greedy little shard turned in for how many points?

Pacific was a little over 500mil. I'm sure either Atlantic or one of the Japanese shards will take the #1 spot.

was the turn in even worth it? i briefly looked at the rewards but didn't see much to entice me off my lazy ass and clean out my house.

i suppose down the road people will be able to sell the items for a lot of gold.

First of all the turn ins are not over yet. Plenty of vendors out there selling spring cleaning tickets that can still be turned in and rewards claimed.

The problem with this turn in is that most of the items that you were able to turn in still spawn, so in about a month or so the servers will just be overloaded with the same items that were being turned in plus now the servers are populated with the rewards that were given out.

Kind of defeats the purpose of eliminating all these items from the servers as I think the reason for this in the first place was that the servers were getting bogged down with all the items being hoarded.

I hope the next spring cleaning will let us turn in all the crap we got as rewards from this one.

I don't know about anyone else, but I cleared out over 900 lockdowns in my house, and that's even AFTER I've claimed all but 250k of my 6mil total points worth of the rewards. I've now got room to do a lot of things that I've been wanting to do organization wise, but never had enough room to do it in.

Oh, and while I'm thinking about it.......

I don't know what it is about it, but every time I see it, it annoys the hell out of me. Maybe it reminds me of my ex or something, I don't know. *shrug*

I still have 100k tickets I plan to sell. I think there are probably a good number of these tickets still floating around. Still too early for a final count.

I don't think there was a real point to this spring cleaning other than screaming from the players for a turn-in for rubble and cursed artifacts. The last turn-in they did of this sort was when they went to a secures-only housing model (before if it was in a house, it didn't decay so a small could contain a crazy number of items) which was basically a chance for people to turnin-items they were going to lose anyway.

Personally, I thought the rewards from this turn-in were fine. A few decorations and blessed clothing items, a few trinkets with minor properties, a few high ticket items that were far from broken. If the items had been over the top powerful, people would probably be complaining more, especially the hard-core pvpers who would hate doing thousands of ophidians/golems/SOS bottles.

Yamato as of yesterday - 1,017,909,969...

A couple of other Japanese shards upwards of 700 mil...

They had a couple of different passwords for the Casca thing and put in invisible teleporters that bounce even ghosts back when they reach each door AND staircases/passages to the next room. You can brute-force the door teleporters if you keep spamming the passwords, but after the doors, you can't get to subsequent rooms without being resurrected at each stage...

Those are some determined players...

Out of curiosity, I noticed that the points end in odd digits instead of 0. I thought the minimum were the 50 point tickets, which turn-in items gave odd digit points? Or do the points decay as well?

It's probably due to the condescending tone of it. :gun:
