Other than for Luck or Durability, I know of no one who enhances weapons with colored ingots because all it does is split the damage into 2 or more resist areas.

Any chance of changing things so some ingots give modest benefits to SSI, DI, HCI and the like?



ps. we keep griping about not having 5 questions and 5 answers on FoF. Lets make sure they have enough question and the time to look into them.

All very valid and important questions, but how about coming up with some that actually have a chance of being answered.

Thats whats wrong with the fof these questions have been around forever and they arent ansered instead crap like how often do i fail remove curse. WHo cares cast it if u fail gain karma that one was uber important.

These fof need to be important questions not fluff that anyone who has a brain can go out try and see that oh maybe i need this.

And the usual "What's going on with SA?" or "When is the next major patch for KR?"

How about "Are there any further changes to crafting planned?" Maybe "When will melee weapon skills get the same perks archery gets? (balanced, able to enhance weapons for 10 more swing speed increase, higher damage, hit chance or defense chance over 15, more I'm forgetting)"

Or maybe even "What the **** happened to cocoa trees?" rolleyes:

Yes, they have been around quite a while, and they haven't been answered. That's why it's unlikely the 114th time will be the charm. And I have little interest if the "fluff" questions as well. So why not try and find a few that are in between those two extreams?

HEADBUTTING:

Similar to the wrestling skill, one does not need a weapon to use this skill. The older your account, the higher the inherent skill level. All characters created on an account of 5 years or older will instantly have Gm status in HEADBUTTING. Select your target and simply walk (or run) up to it. Similar to scripting, that's all there is to it. No need to press any other keys.

The skill may also be used to gather resources such as logs and ore. Simply employ the skill and target the tree (or ground) in which you wish to chop (or mine). The older the account and higher the skill, the greater chance of obtaining a higher level wood or ore.

Continuous use of this skill may result in a temporary paralysis of your character similar to a concussion blow. Eating GM prepared chocolate will reduce the stun time.

Just a mention about the speedhacking question... I was accused by 3 people last night for speed hacking. I do not but I'm quite aware of the fact that they aren't used to beefy intel macs running uo in conjunction with higher end broadband connections. While it is true speed hackers are running amuck, there are also legitimately fast players out there. Since getting my new intel mac, only 3 people on pacific(a shard once known for its abundance of speed hackers) have skipped around on my screen...

Bust out the nerf stick already. I mean come on just becuzz there account is five years old they can para me for 2 secounds. they need to drop it to like 1 secound, eating chocolats only reduces the duration by 80% thats BS
