Quick Question On x-fers

If I transfer My primary house (owner) on shard X to shard Z. Will my home go into decay?

Only One house and its on Shard x.

All of your characters on that account/shard, own that house. You WILL have issues though with vet rewards that character placed.

The house will be fine. It may remove you from co-owner/friend lists and any guild you happen to be in.

Am I missing something here? Perhaps I am misunderstanding the question??

If you put up a house on shard z and still own a house on shard x, the house on shard x will start to decay because you can only own one house per account. You cannot "transfer" a house to another shard.
