Greetings travelers, wenches, and heroes,
It is with great pride and dignity that I, protector of the healers, revisit this forum to keep you all informed of the brutes and brigands being punished.
Firstly I'd like to address some current news. As some of you may have read due to our recent actions the budget for red wandering healers has increased! Many new red healers will be joining those around moongates. This does NOT mean that you are free to abuse them. You must continue to purchase permits. In spite of the increased cost - we do not feel it necessary to increase prices. Again - thank WhP for the increased healer count.
I just don't know where to begin. This group "PWNT" (i believe we covered what the acronym stands for in a previous post) just does not seem to grasp the concept that they do NOT have permits. I feel I have been very kind and informative. I was polite enough to warn the people of Sosaria that the games had ended - and that a new Sheriff was in town. No one heeded my advice.
It all started with Black Mamba, she came, she ressed, she paid the price for abuse.

Shortly thereafter, MsGrim came through as if she did not know. My swift hand of justice informed her quickly enough.
Those two were quick enough to learn that they are not to use my healers. Their fellow guildmate Doctor Disfigure (who after further investigation is NOT an MD) did not learn as quickly.
During this brawl, I managed to single handedly slay some person with the bizaar name of Imhotep. To those who say I am incapable of joining in player vs player combat - ... well, I agree. But how did Imhotep die?
Due only to my cleverness and skill - I was able to escape unscathed. Which brings us to the next story.
I have more screenshots of HaXz than I know what to do with, and to be frank, I had to delete 80% of them because they just weren't funny. It was like someone taking pictures of pulling the legs off of an ant and then burning it with a magnifying glass. Believe me - I find no humour in this. I am purely here to protect the healers. In fact I shed a tear at the amount of times they have perished. I wish I didn't have to do it - but someone has to take a stand.
I ran into Gru Smashmouth abusing an innocent, and he paid the price. He clearly was not happy.
During our adventure we encountered my associate, who actually offered Gru to purchase a permit - he wasn't receptive whatsoever.
He knew what he had to do - go to another moongate and show us he didn't need to pay!
Then he partied me, I was assured he had come to his senses and wished to purchase a permit. I was sad to see that he was merely trying to insult me.
And that ends the Gru chapter. He logged out where he stood - clearly frustrated. Maybe he lacked the funds?
That brings us to Oppenheimer, what a dirty mouth and mind. Why can't he grasp my ideals. First I find him by Trinsic gate.
I must have been just camping the healer.. right?
What a strange question..
Oh I get it.. it was a dirty question. I offer him a permit.
Ill just let him know the terms..

300k (checks only)
Runic, artifact, rare item valued between 1 million and two million gold.

To purchase a permit in game, do not attempt to "res and then go get the check/item". You will need to log out as a ghost in the nearest Inn, come back on a character that is still alive, and provide payment to WhP enforcement.
You're not just buying a permit, you're buying peace of mind. Along with your new ability to use my healers you also get 100% confidentiality. Not a word of your new purchase will reach the other players of Ultima Online via Stratics.
*30 day permit time frame begins the day permit is purchased. Permits valid on one character to be specified at the time of purchase. Additional permits are available but are not discounted. Bulk discounts are available for guilds, 80% off the regular rate. WhP not responsible for other 'wanna-be' RKers (anthony soprano, must be annoying, etc).
In order to keep WhP stocked and active, we have restructured the permit gain distribution ratio. 50% of profit goes to WhP member who made the sale. 25% goes to Onyxia to support the guild. 25% goes to the Wandering Healers.
