Foster Cox is back.

He acted like he was coming to KOC was in our vent etc. then was later seen in the TO guild house with there tag.

He is also the old Nightmare if anyone remembers him. He pretended like he was not the guy but I met him personally @ a UO meet up in Atlanta a year or so back. His voice matched up 100%

So beware of this guy he is slick...
