So far.....Each area that has a Stranger has only one.

However, within that area they seem to be able to spawn pretty much anywhere.

So that first one? He seems to only be able to spawn in Despise. But he can spawn anywhere within Despise.

Per what J has said, only 1 is going to be spawning at a given time.

We won't know which area is going to be hit, unless they start telling us, and we won't know where in that area the spawn's going to be.

You guys are over looking and underlying goal of this event. The purpose is get players using the classic dungeons and exploring all of what ultima has to offer, not just new crap.

If that is true then why do one of the strangers spawn in Luna? To scare off the bank sitters?

They are trying to even get the bank sitters to do something new - 'go outside', trouble is they still dont do anything until the loot falls to the floor then dont they move
