Also im willing to part with the items as long as the price is right. INGOTS leather etc have been taken down to 2 each just for shows so you may restock it yourself.

So what do you get for the 45mil? Sell me your place, I'm looking for an 18x18, but there are other 18x18s out there for half that price. If the price is just because of your design, then I'll pass, as I want one for my own design, I'm sure yours is nice and all, just not my cup of tea.

If the price of 45mil includes all the items in the picture I can find the price tag justified.

Anyways, let me know.

Considering the recent wave of account bans over duped items... and what look like changeling dupe items in the screen-shot (glacial spellbook, pickaxe and dagger), I do not think I would want the items...

Very nice location on the house though.... Right by Hanse's Hostel which is a big RP meeting spot on Atlantic. :)

Since these items have been around since the first wave and my account is 60+ months old... i think im okay. those items i bought in 2004 and are going with we.

The house stays the say, Only thing i am taking is my barbed armor out of 4 chest and some other nicker nacks out of my chest. They house items tables, chest, etc stays all deco stays with house.
