Fellow Great Lakes residents and citizens of felluca. The Fellucca Highway Patrol has had several reports of a mislead band of vigilantes using "street justice" to enforce the rights of individuals without using proper law enforcement in our Feluccan lands. This will not be tolerated any longer, and Felucca Highway Patrol has issued an APB to sieze and arrest the persons responsible for this wave of violence; dead or alive. The self proclaimed defenders of the healers have decided to work outside the normal laws and rules we have taken an oath to defend. In doing this they have left us no choice but to begin patrolling the crime scenes and other areas these suspects are believed to be lurking or hiding at. We are mainly concerned about the leader of this band of vigilantes known by the name of Onyxia, however anyone associated with Onyxia or working along side her will be considered an accomplice and will be dealt with as well. If anyone has any information leading to the arrest of this person please contact the FHP for further details. Crimestoppers will pay for any information assisting with the capture of these CRIMINALS.

And, say "no" to drugs as usual....
