Have any miners tried mining Despise?

To see if you get any of these gems, or what else might be there? It's a long shot, but who knows.

just went there and tried inside the entrance where the first one was killed and nothing this was on pacific all i got was the normal single piece of ore and a single gem (gm mining) and a reminder of the carpal tunnel from mining unless someone is more determined then me they can go for a longer time all of 10 minutes to clean the entrance out of ore

I had briefly considered that something might be hidden within Despise. Then when the second stranger started spawning in Luna, that idea went out the window. The story like did mention Myxkion mentioning that something they wanted was hidden inside the mountain, and I guess the reason he was in there was that he was looking for it.

Was the chick looking for something in Luna as well?

Not sure about Despise, but I guess you could turn circle of transparency up high and start going through Luna looking behind walls etc.

What about near the shrine in despise and the old necromancer starter quest room in Luna?? the one with the fields that the wicked may not pass hehe

Some said that the Luna thing was because they were having problems with an anti cheater looting system they were developing. Remember, they had said that these Strangers would be in the anti-virtue dungeons, and then they pop one in Luna, and while the other spawn is stopped. I think that may have been a necessary change of plans to fix something.

If there is something hidden, it won't be laying out in the open or players can just hit cont/shift and find it while running. It'll be accessed through some tool, like in mining, or some skill, like in Detect Hidden. It may be found by using some new thing we haven't found out about yet, like perhaps a "Lens of Gem Detection"....just saying.

No but I did notice that those gems look exactly like the gems in the Orc Brute cave. There are gems in a wheelbarrle. Those gems and the ones that spawned on the stranger are identical.

I tried mining in Despise and didn't get anything, though I only mined for a few minutes.

The first stranger is done with Despise because he found what he was looking for. Nothing left to find. They moved on.

Trebr, I admire your spirit in thinking (wishing) there might be something here for us to find/solve. I wish I could share it. Unfortunately I just don't think this shadow of a Dev team has the ability to push out such supporting content that quickly. I think all we get for another month or so are these strangers with the new loot drop system.

Doubt even another week.. Seems to be a new stranger in a new location each day or so.. doesnt leave more than a week since there are six.
