Spring Ticket clean up turn in??

When will be the last days to turn items in? I am going on vacation and would hate to come back in two weeks and see my 4 milion worth of tickets only be deeds because i can not turn them in. Any info on this?

Currently they are saying they will give us one week warning... so I would turn them in now if you are going to be gone two weeks.
