Says Bushido skill too high?

Hello all, I am in the process of training a Samari (sp.) and purchased a 115 power scroll for this character. I trained this character up to 70.1 Bushido when I tried to use the power scroll, a message said something to the effect of: your bushido skill is too high for this power scroll (or something very similar). So, I soulstoned the bushido and it still gave me the same message. I then added the bushiso skill to another character to severe all ties betwen the skillpoints and the original character and then tried using the bushido scroll on the original characer (now with 0 Bushido potns) and still got th message stating that my bushido was too high for this scroll. Does anyone have any suggestions other than buying a legendary scroll which is too expensive for me and is unnessecary for this character? I really want to use the 115 bushido scroll on this character because it wasn't cheap (for me anyway). Thanks a bunch!

You get that message if you've already eaten a powerscroll of the same or higher level. Check UOA (if you have it) and you'll see what your current cap is on that skill. It's possible to forget you've already eaten one. I've done it myself.

It sounds like you already used a 115 or 120 scroll. That's the only time I've seen that message used.

Bring up your skills menu and change it to see your skill caps.

If you're on Legends I'll buy it from you to put in my guild coffers (I don't need it, already at 120) if it turns out you ate a 115 already.

Ummm, standard skill scroll has a button - "Show Caps" which does not require UOA at all.

Yup, I'm an idiot. I forgot that I had eaten a 115 bushido scroll a couple months ago. Thanks for the response everyone. Hey, lets change this thread into a rant about the cheaters and scammers that got banned for duping the runic hammers.
